Points post in 7 days

Points appear on your account 7 days after delivery — after the point where a return would reverse them, and not a day later. Waiting five weeks to credit points is a cashflow decision dressed up as a policy.

There is no annual cap. If you spend more, you earn more, all year. Capping rewards punishes exactly the customers a rewards scheme exists to keep.

Tiers are lifetime, not annual

Your tier is based on what you have spent with us in total, and it does not reset in January. Once you reach a tier you keep it.

Annual resets exist to make a scheme cheaper to run. They also mean a customer of six years starts every January on the same terms as someone who arrived yesterday, which is a strange thing to tell someone you want to keep.

What points are worth

Points come off the price of anything we sell, including servicing. They are not restricted to a rewards catalogue of items nobody wants.

Points earned on an order that is later returned are removed with the refund. That is the only circumstance in which points are taken back.
