How it works

Tell us what you have, its age and its condition. You get an indicative valuation immediately — before you post anything, before you commit to anything.

Send it in, we inspect and service it, and we confirm the final figure. If the inspection changes the number we tell you why, with the specifics, and you can have the item back at our cost if you would rather keep it.

Cash or credit

Take the valuation as cash, or take it as store credit at a better rate. Credit is worth more to us than cash is, so we pass that difference on rather than keeping it.

There is no obligation to spend the credit immediately and it does not expire.

What we take, and what we do not

We take regulators, computers, BCDs, drysuits, cylinders in current test, and quality wetsuits. We service and condition-grade everything before it is resold, and it carries our own warranty.

We do not take masks, snorkels, boots or gloves — fit is personal and the resale value does not justify the handling. We also cannot take cylinders out of test or with unreadable stamps, because they cannot legally be filled.
